This is merely a blog showing an employment lawyer interacting with San Diego County. In order to properly represent workers it is important to understand the locality, what they might do on their time off, and what industries shape a region. San Diego has quite a few marinas. One of the things I like about San Diego is you can spend an entire day going through the marinas if your vessel is not terribly ocean worthy. This shot was taken from a monorail.
Yes, San Diego's tourist industry does lead to labor cases. During the summer I had a serious sex and age discrimination case against a resort. And a result just under $500,000.

They have all types of weight lifting and body movement classes throughout the day. If you are a regular visitor to this downtown building, however, parking is $56 which is as far as I know the record for Southern California beating out even the most expensive parking garage in downtown Los Angeles.

Happy Veteran's Day! Remember that the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) prohibits the discrimination, harassment, termination, and retaliation of employees due to their status as a veteran.
It also has the same prohibitions for employees on active status in the military.

Every job has an unpleasant nature. This job requires the workers to wear wet clothing and stand in the sun. Presumably there are also occupational hazards working with whales.

Crazy minimum wage action in San Diego. The council voted for a city minimum wage, the mayor did a veto, and the council overrode it.
